Why Miami?

Why should you consider making Miami your home or at least your second home? Let me discuss some of these reasons with you while I enjoy this perfect sunny day at 80F ...

Real Estate For Sale

Affordable Homes. Buy a Home in Miami as the market offers record affordability, amenities, and seller incentives; Miami-Dade homes are 50% more affordable in the last five years and a weak U.S. dollar gives greater discounts for foreign buyers.

Beautiful Beaches. Greater Miami has 84 miles of Atlantic Ocean coastline, 67 square miles of inland waterways and more than 15 miles of world-famous beaches.

Miami is the only city in the country to be bordered by two national parks, Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park.

Commercial and Investment Real Estate. Vacancy rates for all commercial sectors in Miami are below the national average; retail and multifamily are outperforming most major markets in the U.S.

Port of Miami. Cruise capital of the World with more than 4 million passengers a year. Also serves 240 seaports; 9 million tons of sea cargo. Top markets China, Italy, Hong Kong, Honduras and Brazil.

The world’s largest collection of Art Deco buildings is found on Miami Beach with over 800 separate structures.

Forbes Magazine ranked Miami the “Cleanest City in America in 2008”. Mostly because there is no heavy industry in the area which keeps the air quality pristine.
